Meet the Team

  • Bethany Halloran

    FOUNDER

My passion for trades blossomed in my teens when I dedicated five summers to humanitarian construction projects abroad. During my twenties, I ventured into utility contracts, replacing electric meters in Colorado. Transitioning to the construction sector, I honed my skills as a commercial flooring installer, concurrently acquiring some experience in carpentry.

In 2017, I relocated to San Diego and began a plumbing apprenticeship. Within a year I found myself operating independently, conducting plumbing inspections and repairs. With its unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on engagement I quickly knew that it was a great fit for me.

As a hobby, I’ve crafted custom functional art, ranging from floating shelves to side tables created from reclaimed wood and copper.

A primary reason that I endeavored to start my own business is to carry on the tradition of excellence in the trades, with a belief that a completed project is only as good as the craftsmanship and material put into it.

  • Cory Cavaleri II

    Flooring Installation Manager

In 2014, I began a career in the flooring industry, starting out in the commercial sector, where I developed an appreciation for the artistic nuances of the trade. Over the years, I transitioned to primarily focusing on residential flooring, eventually specializing in tile installation and flooring repair.

When I’m not at work, you can find me hanging out with my wife, Becca, and our four boys. Whether it’s casting lines during a fishing outing or cheering on Duke basketball, there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending quality time with my family.

Flooring has been a decade-long journey in my life, and it’s one that I still find deeply rewarding. I take pride in being a part of a team that values and prioritizes the pursuit of quality craftsmanship, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the best.
